Acacia Gardens
is a purposely built supported
residential service on a spacious
block of land with many private gardens in
the quiet and leafy neighbourhood of
Ringwood East and is close to everything
you need in your daily life.
The light-filled and well-maintained facility offers exceptional
boutique care to only 36 residents in
25 rooms all with private ensuites.
Central Heating and Individual Fans in
each Room with Remote Control
We accept both respite
and permanent care as well.
We support the residents to enjoy
the quality of life based upon their
individual emotional, social, spiritual,
physical and intellectual needs.

With all respect to your choice
We offer service as below :
Self-Care (shower, etc)and Daily Activities (Household chores, Escorted Walks, Doctor Appointment Transfer, etc)
Social Community Participation (Coffee/Tea Out, Lunch out, Movie Out, Tenpin Bowling,2 Day&1 Night or 3 Days and 2 nights Holiday in Victoria, Shopping, Family Visit Transfers.etc)
Skill Training (Mater Chef Programme, etc)
House Keeping
All rooms are dusted, cleaned
and vacuumed twice a week, the linen are changed every other week in summer and 4 weeks in winter, bins are emptied daily and all basic toiletries are supplied by the facility unless you have your own choices.
You can request more service /item if needed at a small reasonable cost
All Bed lines are suppliers and you are welcome to bring your own and funitures as well

Laundry and Hair Dressing Service
Every room gets a washing day,
but you can also send the soiled
clothing for washing on other days.
Same day free laundry service,
and you may need to help to pick
up your own washing and take home.
You can do your own washing
if you wish to and dry them in the dryer if you want to keep your independence as long as you follow the correct operation instructions
Hair Dresser visit every 6 weeks
Money Management
No bonds, no security required
Limited Finance (pocket money ) Management may be offered due to your circumstance without charge only at your Administrator or Guardian's request and on their behalf, the signed record is securely kept in your folder in the office
We encourage residents to remain as independent as possible including their Finance issues
Care Plan
Qualified Friendly and Caring staff with High-Quality Control management policies in place,
A Tailor-made Intrim and ongoing care plan will be developed according to your physical well being and mental health and it will be updated according to your change of conditions. This Plan will be applied into your day to day living to ensure that you are fully reasonably supported here.

Medical Support
We do medication supervision
and book Dr. appointments /Pathology home visit.
We arrange the transport /Ambulance.

Safety & Security
The Facility is fitted with 24 hour security cameras for public areas and the front and back entry are guarded by door access with authorised touch on pass for each resident.
Free parking on the property may be offered subject to space left.
No alcohol and illegal drugs are allowed on the premises.
All visitors (8am-7pm)must leave before 7 pm unless authorised to stay behind for a puticular reason
