ABOUT
Acacia Gardens
is a purposely built supported
residential service on a spacious
block of land with many private gardens in
the quiet and leafy neighbourhood of
Ringwood East and is close to everything
you need in your daily life.
The light-filled and well-maintained facility offers exceptional
boutique care to only 36 residents in
25 rooms all with private ensuites.
Central Heating and Individual Ceiling Fans in
each Room with Remote Controls
We accept both respite
and permanent care as well.
We support the residents to enjoy
the quality of life based upon their
individualized, emotional, social, spiritual,
physical and intellectual needs.

NDIS Service Provider
With all respect to your choice
We offer service as below :
Self-Care (shower, etc)and Daily Activities (Household chores, Escorted Walks, Doctor Appointment Transfer, etc)
Social Community Participation (Coffee/Tea Out, Lunch out, Movie Out, Tenpin Bowling,2 Day&1 Night or 3 Days and 2 nights Holiday in Victoria, Shopping, Family Visit Transfers.etc)
Skill Training (Master Chef Programme, etc)

Service costs can be billed to the NDIS plans as approved by your coordinators.
House Keeping
All bedding and linens are supplied.
You are welcome to bring your own and funitures.

Services are offered and charged on a case-by-case basis, depending on the care needs of the resident.
​
Otherwise:
​
All rooms are dusted, functionally cleaned
and vacuumed once a week.
Linen are changed every other week in summer and 4 weeks in winter,
Bins are emptied as required and basic toiletries are supplied by the facility.

Laundry and Hair Dressing Service
Each room is allocated a washing day.
You can do your own washing
if you wish to and dry them in the dryer as long as you follow the correct operation instructions
Hair Dresser visit every 6 weeks
or as required at resident's cost.
Money Management
No bonds and no security required to move in, but damages to facilities will be billed accordingly.
Some financial management may be offered, on a case-by-case basis, at your administrator or guardian's request and on their behalf, the signed record is securely kept in your folder in the office.
We encourage residents to remain as independent as possible, we do not take part in resolving financial disputes between residents.
Care Plan
Qualified friendly and caring staff with high-quality control management policies in place,
A tailor-made Interim and ongoing care plan will be developed according to your physical well being and mental health and it will be updated according to your change of conditions.
This Plan will be applied into your day to day living to ensure that you are fully reasonably supported here.

Medical Support
We offer medication supervision as per regulatory standards.
​
We also offer services such as managing appointments /pathology home visits,
as well as transport to appointments or shopping trips as additions.
Other bulk billing allied health services that visit include:
Psychologist Monday (2-4 weeks)
G.P visit on request
Dental Check 3-4 times a year
College Optometrist 1/2 Year
Podiatry Service every 10 weeks
Urgent locum Doctor after 6 pm
Free Webster medication pack and delivery from preferred pharmacy
Many clinics of your choice

Safety & Security
The Facility is fitted with 24 hour security cameras in the public areas and the front and back entry are guarded by door access with authorized touch on passed for each resident.
Allocated parking on the property may be offered subject to availability, with/without additional cost.
No alcohol and illegal drugs are allowed on the premises at all times.
All visitors (8am-7pm)must leave before 7 pm unless authorized otherwise.
